Concrete mixing truck is mainly composed of chassis and mounted parts, simply can be divided into: chassis system, hydraulic transmission system, mixing tank, discharge system, cleaning system, subframe, control system, wheel system, feeding system, circuit system ten parts.
- Chassis system: the main component of the mixing truck. The transportation function of the whole concrete mixing truck is realized by the chassis.
- Hydraulic transmission system: the engine power taken out by the force extractor is converted into hydraulic energy (displacement and pressure), and then output into mechanical energy (speed and torque) by the motor to provide power for the rotation of the mixing cylinder.
3, mixing tank: mixing cylinder is a key part of the whole mixing transport vehicle, is the storage of concrete container, to prevent concrete solidification, segregation plays a decisive role. The inside of the tank has a blade, which mainly plays the role of stirring and guiding material.
4, discharge system: mainly by the main discharge groove, auxiliary discharge groove, locking rod, etc., auxiliary discharge groove plays the role of extending the length of the main discharge groove.
